Returns and Refund Information

 

Pre-Hung Doors

  • No Returns on Pre-Hung doors.

In-Stock Door Slabs

  • Stock Door Slabs may be returned for a refund *(see exception) as long as they are returned in the same condition they were given (uncut, unpainted, unstained, unfinished, no bore prep, no hinge prep).  *Exception– Door Slabs cannot be returned for a refund if they have been prepped or altered to customer’s specifications.

Non-Stock Door Slabs

  • Non-Stock Door Slabs may be returned *(see exception), but will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Must be returned in same condition as given (uncut, unpainted, unstained, unfinished, no bore prep, no hinge prep).  *Exception– Door Slabs cannot be returned for a refund if they have been prepped or altered to customer’s specifications.

In-Stock Moulding

  • Stock Mouldings may be returned for a refund as long as they are returned in the same condition they were given (uncut, unpainted, unstained, unfinished, no nail holes).

Non-Stock Moulding

  • Non-Stock Mouldings may be returned but will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Must be returned in same condition as given (uncut, unpainted, unstained, unfinished, no nail holes).

No Returns after 90 Days of receiving material

 

Store Policy Information

 

Damages or Missing Items

  • Any damages or missing items must be reported within 10 days of receiving material. 

Storage Fees

  • Any order not picked up within 30 days of will call date will incur a storage fee.  Attempts will be made to notify customer before storage fees are applied to the order.
