Returns and Refund Information

 

Pre-Hung Doors

  • No Returns on Pre-Hung doors.

In-Stock Door Slabs

  • Stock Door Slabs may be returned for a refund *(see exception) as long as they are returned in the same condition they were given (uncut, unpainted, unstained, unfinished, no bore prep, no hinge prep).  *Exception – Door Slabs cannot be returned for a refund if they have been prepped or altered to customer’s specifications.

Non-Stock Door Slabs

  • Non-Stock Door Slabs may be returned *(see exception), but will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Must be returned in same condition as given (uncut, unpainted, unstained, unfinished, no bore prep, no hinge prep).  *Exception – Door Slabs cannot be returned for a refund if they have been prepped or altered to customer’s specifications.

In-Stock Moulding

  • Stock Mouldings may be returned for a refund as long as they are returned in the same condition they were given (uncut, unpainted, unstained, unfinished, no nail holes).

Non-Stock Moulding

  • Non-Stock Mouldings may be returned but will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Must be returned in same condition as given (uncut, unpainted, unstained, unfinished, no nail holes).

 

 

Store Policy Information

 

Damages or Missing Items

  • Any damages or missing items must be reported within 10 days of receiving material. 

Storage Fees

  • Any order not picked up within 30 days of will call date will incur a storage fee.  Attempts will be made to notify customer before storage fees are applied to the order.
