From the very first interaction to final delivery, the experience with Marshall Davis at Discount Doors and Trim was exceptional in every way. My contractor visited the store to take measurements and place the order, and I followed up with an in-person meeting with Marshall. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm, friendly, and welcoming. When Marshall and I sat down together, he walked me through every line item patiently and thoroughly. Whether I had a question or he was sharing details about a particular product line, his depth of knowledge about the brands his store carries was immediately clear, and genuinely reassuring. When we got into the door handles and locks, that same expertise showed. He offered real, informed insight rather than just a sales pitch. I was quoted approximately six weeks for delivery. Marshall, upfront said that it could shift a week in either direction. I'm happy to report the order arrived exactly on the six-week mark, and was delivered to my home the very next day! The delivery itself deserves its own mention. I was told to expect arrival between 7 and 10 AM. The truck pulled up at 6:48 AM. When does a delivery ever show up early? The crew who brought everything in handled every door and window with impressive care. Outstanding service from start to finish! I searched the big box stores and other manufacturers Discount Door and Trim has the best prices by a large margin and their quality is equal to or better than the others. They also have very short lead time on orders.
